About Diane Kessel
Diane Kessel is a
results-oriented consultant and
coach with more than three
decades of experience in team
and individual performance
improvement. Diane provides
services to clients nationwide
including leadership skills
training, executive coaching,
meeting facilitation,
team-building programs, and
customized strategies that help
organizations manage change and
improve morale.
Prior to opening her consulting
firm in 1997, Diane held a
variety of operations, training,
and human resources management
positions for the S&A Restaurant
Corporation. She then went on to
become Vice-President of
Training for Boston Market
during its period of fastest
growth.
As a consultant and coach, Diane
now works with clients in a
variety of industries including
healthcare, restaurant and
hospitality, retail, service,
and non-profit organizations.
She is committed to helping
organizations – and the
individuals within those
organizations – address and
resolve the issues that stand in
the way of peak performance.
Diane’s work is grounded in the
principles of Emotional
Intelligence, the indicator
widely acknowledged as a more
precise predictor of an
individual’s career success than
the cognitive-based IQ. She is
certified to coach individuals
and teams in the use of the
Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI),
a 360o skills
assessment that measures
Emotional Intelligence. She is
also a certified MBTI
(Myers-Briggs) facilitator.
Diane
earned her undergraduate degree
in sociology from The University
of Texas and her MBA from
Southern Methodist University.
Active in Rotary for more than
15 years, Diane also served as
the Rotary District Governor
with oversight for 53 clubs in
the Denver area.
